Sequence Of Dreams.

I awoke very early this morning from a whirlwind sequence of dreams and I thought instead of going back to sleep and spending more time in bed, I would do the opposite. I ran a hot bath and decided to hop in for some valuable me time to relax in the quiet early hours. I always feel much better after a long bath! I then went out to my local convinience store to purchase some everyday items, when I stopped and thought about how much different the city is in the very early morning. There are so little people around and it seems much more calm and peaceful for a time, I really like this as its always so busy with cars and people around here throughout the whole day. I think I might try and go jogging one morning and see how I get on with it, I am usually a gym bunny but I might find it more enjoyable than running on a treadmill!

My Favourite Watering Hole.

We all have a favorite watering hole or a favorite restaurant and mine is a little place not far from my home, where the service is second to none and the food is like nothing on this earth. Meals are time for me to take off my face paint and kick back and relax, not dressed up not under expectations and am able to completely unwind and eat too many calories for a short while. Next day I watch what I eat and have a healthy salad. We all have to treat ourselves once in a while. Go on treat yourself too!
