Nice To Be Better

Go-Ape - Height Fears

Drifting a Car

Cf Awareness Week

Now Any one Who follows me on Twitter etc .... know that I'm a big pro Cystic Fibrosis awareness ... If you don't know I suffer with this them u seriously must not read my tweets ha ha , as I retweet things about cf , I tell u about my nebulisers, I try 7 raise money for CFTrust .... So Please help me raise awareness of this Disease . Its a horrible illness that at present can't be cured ... & to put it bluntly I will die of in the end ... Life expectancy use to be 35 .... I'm 32 !!! I can honestly say that I should deff live well past this age but there are people out there who have CF who don't see past being a kid. Its very sad & is quite scary when u actually think about what will happen in the end but hey positive thinking & pro active lifestyle is all you can do ..... Ow please don't think I dwell on having cf or feel sorry for myself because I don't ,there are alot of difference illness out there & I deff have been let off lightly up until now.

My sis also suffers with CF but this time last year they were talking about having to put up on the lung transplant list, her lung capacity was down to under 30% !!! .... so it's been a pretty tough few years for her & everyone else in her life. Scary few years ... luckly right now her lung capacity is back up to 45 % so she is deff a little fighter .

What is cf ?? well basically to cut a long story short ... i have a faulty Gene which regulates my salt, mine just doesn't work , which means I created way to much mucus in my body .... it affects my lungs & I have to clear every day .... it also affects my digestive system & I have to take enzymes with every thing I eat. It can effect so much more & prob will do as I get older but right now this is all I suffer with . I take many different tablets morning & night, 2 different antibiotics to keep a bacteria thatlives in my lungs under control twice a day , anti fungal tablets to keep my aspergillius levels under control, inhalers , salt nebuliser just before I go gym in the afternoon & dnase nebuliser when I go to bed so it works over night & I can clear in the morning . This i take all day every day plus my enymes with ever meal . .... when I get a chest infection I have to take more tablets. Sooner or later ( hopefully a lot later ) I will have to do iv's which will mean a 2 week hospital stay having iv drugs 3 times aday .... am soooooo not looking forward to when I have to start doing this .

Yep I bet u guys are like well u can't be all that bad as you go to the gym most days ... If I didn't my lung function would be pretty bad & my lungs would feel like they were drowning ... I use exercise as my way of clearance of my lungs ... I take a clearing bottle with me as well as my water & just cough my way thru my cardio in the morning & spit ha ha ..... yea I know it's not nice to think about & your prob all ew I don't want to know this about u ...I just want to know you as a porn girl ....so sorry if this is how you feel but I've now decided why not try & bring awareness to cf .... I never use to talk about it ever .... & then I started talking about it .... I just want to gain awareness for an illness I suffer from .

Now i'm not gonna lie , I 'm very lucky right now to be quite healthy, & fingers crossed I will be healthy for a very long time ...... but thanks to twitter & fb ....
