A new fitter me ??

Hi guys, I hope I find you well, I wanted to tell you about a new fitter me!
I have always been a fitness fanatic, aerobics, Zumba, swimming. Also having a physical job. I trained & rode racehorses. But unfortunately my body started failing
I already had a knee injury from when I was 15, my back started giving me a lot of pain, I was finally diagnosed with degenerate disc disease, still I always tried to keep fit, but when I moved from Leeds 5 years ago, I kind of gave up going to the gym, I now live in the countryside & wasn’t aware of anything close by me, I have now found a swimming pool & gym in fetherston so not far from me, I have joined, starting with swimming aerobics & strength swimming, I don’t want to rush anything & cause an injury. This membership means I can also use the new amazing gym, aspire in the park! At pontefract racecourse. That looks amazing ??
Anyway, I just wanted to say, if you see anyone overweight, don’t just presume they sit on their arse everyday doing nothing, there maybe more than you think.

Swinging clubs

Hi, I hope everyone is well,
I’m pleased to see restrictions have been lifted, hopefully they will stay that way.

My personal opinion about Pandora’s is, it’s got to many play room’s, with not enough people playing. More of a social event.

Looking forward to the future

Hi all, it seems like so long ago, that I last blogged! How things have changed in the last few months.
Firstly, where has summer gone! OMG it’s just absolutely flown by, it’s getting dark now at 8.30pm! That’s depressing. I will definitely look forward to seeing my clients again.
