| Hello guys, it’s been a long time. Happy to say I’m feeling great for the past week. I have been back to normal. I started my high fibre diet a month ago and it’s really made me better. I feel better. I look better. I’ve got more energy I have a slim flat belly hoping that this will carry on and I will feel on top of the world from now on looking forward to catching up. It’s been two years since I have been sick so this is really refreshing to feel so good. | Morning, I hope this email finds everybody well you would not believe last week I done the gardening out the front of my house. It was freezing cold and raining so I had a couple of tracksuit bottoms on +3 jumpers but I did not have a bra on, somehow some critter got in a bit me underneath my booby basically on my scar where I had my fake boobs put in I did not notice I was bitten for a few days by then it was too late then it was bank holiday so couldn’t really do anything about it. Went to the chemist, chemist told me we can’t help you. You need to go to the doctors I tried everything TCP, Salt Savon, but it did not seem to be helping. Finally I got in touch with the doctors yesterday morning they said oh yes we can see by the pictures that infection is spreading and give me some antibiotics. As everybody knows I’m allergic to penicillin these tablets. the doctors give me have knocked me for six, I nearly passed out. I had to lie down since yesterday afternoon, my blood pressure is a bit high I think with the worry of losing my booby I had a dream my nipple all come open. Don’t know why my nipple would come open that was defo a nightmare haaaaaa but I tell you what them tablets are a miracle. I’ve woken up this morning and it’s literally healed overnight so taking the tablets today. Hoping that I can control the way I feel and I will be back at work tomorrow if the tablets are not making me pass out I think that maybe was just because it was all getting the infection under control was a bit too much for me my best friend who passed away. Her sister told me she’s got loads of photos of us together and she sent them in the post for me, I’m waiting on them turning up now I think I might spend the whole day crying talking to my friend, remembering the great times we had didn’t ever think I’d get any pictures sometimes it’s really mad how things turn out. I’m very happy person today. Looking forward to getting back to work and remembering, all the good times me and my best friend had , before that bloody B-atchhhh passed away and left me …… love always LucylouXxx |

| Heyyy I had a good day fed the birds my seagull Freddie has hurt his leg he was limping He’s two children were bouncing round him. It was so cute. I’m thinking his wifey must be having another one this year because I’ve not seen her he seems to be looking after the two from last year haaaaaaa I also went to the park fed everyone there it was actually a nice day. | Wow, I really don’t sleep I go sleep 5:30/6oclock wake up 11 every day i’ve got new tablets, make me very happy now. Much happier since I’ve been taking them tablets but I’m not sleeping. How do you balance things up in life shall I sleep and wake up miserable or be happy and get a couple of hours sleep and choosing the latter it’s a beautiful day My asthma has been bad for the past week, I am going to have to wear a mask for the rest of the summer only when I’m outside & or it’s very very windy I got McDonald’s breakfast this morning really enjoyed my pancakes and syrup fed the seagulls magpies pigeons. Any other birds that want to visit my seagull actually knows who I am he comes down to say hello to me now if I walk the dogs he follows me round the block flying above me in the sky making a noise so I can hear him the life. | I had been poorly for 3weeks or more I got took by ambulance to hospital last week only spent 10 hours in hospital getting rehydrated. my experience in the hospital I was kept in an ambulance for 8hrs outside hospital they rehydrated me in the ambulance I got lots gas and air because I was having hiatus hernia spasm so painful but I must say amazing NHS service so overwhelmed, in the hospital which is packed to the rafters which sick people they are an amazing service we are lucky to have I was taken into hospital about 9pm I woke up feeling like a new woman and checked myself out so many other people need helping I did not want to hold up a bed thank you to all that helped fix me I wasn’t a nice sick person I remember asking help me and they sure did I had a few days off to get myself back on track and now I actually feel great I hope this email finds you all well Mwahhhhh love & kisses Lucylouxxx |
