Beautiful weather!

It's been a spectacular few day's for me in both weather and productivity terms! I've also managed to hit 50 positive feedback ratings and another field report on here too, I am extremely grateful, thank you to you all.

With the Euros done the football buzz has now gone and life goes on. I'm back on Netflix hunting my next binge worthy drama, for the little down time that I get!

I'm off to the historic city of Athens this week for a week of exploration! History and archaeology excites me and I love combining my passion for travelling with finding out more about ancient civilisations.

I'm planning to maximise the summer weather but getting out and about more locally as well, there's so much to do and see in the Garden of England. I'm surrounded by beautiful coastlines and greenery, always up for suggestions for places to visit - both clean and filthy ;-)

Octavia Hill near Sevenoaks is next on my list, I love going for scenic walks!

I have started to dabble in content creation and whilst the vast majority of my 'creations' to date are amateur, I find it a kinky prospect to get into the creativity aspect a bit more full on and perhaps even professionally.

Get in touch with your ideas and advice, as I would love to get it off the ground, right now I do have challenges around the time commitment - I don't have much of it, but genuine enquiries for collab opportunities girls and guys, do get in touch if you have a credible portfolio.

Also thinking whether I should consider direct camming.... Sounds really kinky! Share your experiences!

Summer is in!

Well, well, well... It has been somewhat of a wild year so far and I have thoroughly enjoyed myself both on my travels and back at home!

I hope you have all had a good year so far?

Summer is now in and I am absolutely loving it! It's starting to get warmer and the long day's are a fantastic opportunity to be productive.

I've been reevaluating my year and am happy to share I've achieved most of the goals I set for the first half of the year. It has been an incredibly busy time for me and I've had lots to do with deadlines to meet. There have been some changes with things that didn't exactly go to plan, but I've drawn a line, moved on and it's onwards and upwards now! Following a period of reflection I'm now doing a bit of goal setting for the next 6 months, 3 months at a time.

It's not all work and no play, there's a delicate balance to be struck and my motto is, work hard, play harder. I'm a fine advocate for it!

I hope you are all embracing summer and soaking up as much of the sun as you can!

2024!

Happy New Year to you all!

Wishing you all an amazing 2024, full of health and prosperity. I hope that you have all had some restful time away from the world of work and a peaceful break. I have had a wonderful end to last year as well as a busy, strong start to 2024. I’ve spent a lot of time catching up with friends and family, and have also had the pleasure of meeting many of you. We've enjoyed some great thought provoking chats in between our fun moments. Thank you to you all, I am immensely grateful.

January is an important time of the year and usually sets a tone for how the rest of our year will pan out. I use this time to make plans about life and set priorities for the year, things that I would like to achieve and do and personal growth targets, having drawn the line with the previous year during December. I believe in starting each year fresh and set my goals on a quarterly basis. This year my priorities are based around improving and maintaining my health and wellbeing. I have made an appointment to see my nutritionist to reassess myself and the food that I eat for my age and stage. Upkeep is an ongoing process and impacts mind, body and spirit. Good health is priceless and as we become older it is imperative to ensure that we do everything we are able to, in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle and sometimes this comes at a cost, but we are investing in ourselves and our future wellbeing. Many of you have very demanding and intense careers which over time, left unchecked, takes a toll on our wellbeing. Downtime is equally important to me and I am also planning my trips away for the year. I usually take a few planned holidays each year and then squeeze in some more relaxing ad hoc spontaneous weekend breaks during more challenging periods of the year. I enjoy those a little bit more as it’s usually when I’m just craving to get away, I come back refreshed.

It’s easy to just get back to the grind and jump back into work, I can’t stress enough the importance of emotional, mental and physical wellbeing. We are all or have at some point, been guilty of neglecting ourselves and it comes at a cost which is realised over a period of time. I am particularly conscious about drinking more water and keeping myself hydrated, it is the easiest thing I can do each day that makes the biggest difference to my health and general wellbeing. I haven’t been so good at it in the past however have noticed the benefits of being more consistent with it.

These posts are coming across a bit random however, I am trying to get myself to write a few lines whenever I can to keep them going, as well as to feel more comfortable myself about opening up and expressing myself a bit more freely. Please feel free to message me about anything I write, when I have time I do and will respond to you. It’s good to chat sometimes and share views about things, even if they are random!

Hello December!

A quick hello to you all!

I hope that life is treating you all well and that things are looking on the up for whatever it is you are doing, it's an exciting time of year - endings and new beginnings as we enter 2024.

Life is busy and it's approaching Christmas again, we are in the festive season and I love this time of year! Like many of you, I've been busy trying to wrap up my professional life so that I can enjoy the festive break and end the year nicely, draw a line and begin 2024 fresh!

Each year is like a blank canvas for me and I put a lot of passion in planning out my life. I'm thinking of holiday destinations. 2023 was a good run, I visited Rhodes, Larnaca, Dubrovnik - which was super expensive, Istanbul, the Costa del sol and Abu Dhabi. All short trips each month and a few days at a time. I'm planning to revisit Istanbul this year, it's a quick, easy getaway and I loved the heritage and culture. I find we get so caught up in life that we forget to prioritise ourselves and our own downtime. Let's face it, life will always be busy but when we forget ourselves our health suffers, both mentally and physically - without realising things build up and we all need to find our own healthy ways of 'channelling' or 'outletting'. It is so important to recharge and rejuvenate ourselves and to find time to do the things we enjoy doing, even if it is a short spa break for one, doesn't have to be too time consuming or pricey, it will make a world of a difference to your mood and general wellbeing.

Wishing you all a good December as you start winding down and hopefully, you all get that much needed and well deserved break over Christmas!
