Back to the gym! (Again) 🤣

Hey guys!

Eventually got back into the routine of gym and cam! So hard trying to juggle everything!

Signed up to a coach, so I’m now following an eating and training plan!
Who knew how hard it was to get 10,000 steps a day!
Bought a treadmill! So if anyone wants to see me get hot and sweaty, call me ;)

Currently doing 10,000 steps a day and 30 minutes cardio as well as my weight training.

I forgot how expensive this hobby was! On top of the food shopping, gym membership, I now need all my supplements, protein etc, so if anyone is feeling generous tip me through my profile to contribute ;)

Gym membership- 39 credits
Supplements 100 credits
Food shopping 200 credits

I started on the plan 2 weeks ago and I’ve already lost 7lb which I’m super happy about! Let’s just hope I don’t lose my peachy bum ;)

Back to the gym!! Nice and sweaty ;)

Good morning all!

So last week I started back at the gym, I’ve had about 4 month off and something just clicked last Monday. Once upon time I contemplated competing and was a heavy gym goer, cardio/ steps/ meal plans/ check in with my coach weekly! I think that’s why I fell out of love with it! Too much structure.

Last week I decided to get back myself back in the gym. Started my meal plan and trained 5 times. Safe to say I’ve fell back in love. Last week I lost 7lbs! So determined to get back to the girl in the photo!
