Maybe it's the change of the seasons, maybe it's a natural reaction to the crazy and often cruel world we are currently living in, but I must confess to feeling a certain flatness for the last couple of weeks. Life just seems to have lost a bit of it's sparkle. The chocolate truffles don't taste quite as good as normal and the things that usually make my soul sing are generally only raising a wimper.
I'm not a girl to be beaten though (you only have to check my likes list to see that) so I've decided to cheer myself up with a last minute trip to Edinburgh this weekend. There's something about that beautiful city that always lifts my spirits. I will be treating myself to a posh hotel for the night and taking myself off for a decedant afternoon tea. If champagne, fluffy scones and delicious cakes can't put a smile on my face then nothing can! I absolutely adore wasting a few hours indulging in that most British of treats. In fact I'm feeling cheerier just thinking about it... |

| I don't love the outdoors THAT much!!! |
I have been delighted by the very positive response to my latest photo shoot. You gentleman certainly seem to be liking the sexy summer vibe. I had a blast posing for them (apart from having to be on high alert for dog walkers) I'm hoping to get some more cute sunny snaps for you very soon.
However it does seem to have sparked some gents imaginations just a little bit too much and I am now getting a flurry of enquires regarding outdoor meets. Now I enjoy a bit of al fresco fun as much as the next lady, but I would never compromise my safety or discretion in this manner. It was a fun photo shoot and nothing more. I certainly have no intention of hanging a red light on a haystack in Durham anytime soon.
